- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to uphold Louis Vuitton service standards and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Team Managers to define and execute sales strategies, clienteling initiatives and merchandising priorities.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling, VIP service and proactive outreach.
- Lead floor operations during assigned shifts, managing task delegation, visual presentation, and customer flow to maximise conversion.
- Support selling activities by identifying client needs, recommending pieces aligned with client profiles and market trends, and closing sales.
- Oversee operational tasks including stock handling, sales reconciliation, appointment management and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Champion a product category when required, acting as a subject-matter expert and coach for the team.
- Contribute to a collaborative retail environment that prioritises luxury service, discretion and client loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with proven exposure to luxury or premium brands and supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, polished presentation and the ability to mentor a diverse team.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the capacity to translate market and client insights into sales opportunities.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
