1. Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to uphold Louis Vuitton service standards and achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Team Managers to define and execute sales strategies, clienteling initiatives and merchandising priorities.
3. Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling, VIP service and proactive outreach.
4. Lead floor operations during assigned shifts, managing task delegation, visual presentation, and customer flow to maximise conversion.
5. Support selling activities by identifying client needs, recommending pieces aligned with client profiles and market trends, and closing sales.
6. Oversee operational tasks including stock handling, sales reconciliation, appointment management and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
7. Champion a product category when required, acting as a subject-matter expert and coach for the team.
8. Contribute to a collaborative retail environment that prioritises luxury service, discretion and client loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with proven exposure to luxury or premium brands and supervisory responsibilities.
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Exceptional communication skills, polished presentation and the ability to mentor a diverse team.
4. Strong commercial acumen, with the capacity to translate market and client insights into sales opportunities.
5. Ability to work on-site in a retail setting with a flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
