1. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
2. Mentor and develop team members to ensure the highest level of client experience.
3. Champion specific product categories to drive sales and business results.
4. Manage selling and floor operations to maintain brand standards.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $30-$35 plus the opportunity for a bonus.
