- Advertise, source, identify, screen, and interview retail and corporate candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and culture.
- Accurately track the progress of each open position, keeping the business informed of team vacancies.
- Collaborate with store and corporate leaders to map out recruitment needs and target top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and recruitment days, ensuring shortlisted candidates meet role requirements and hiring standards.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all applicants engaging with Louis Vuitton.
- Maximize the use of the company website and job boards to attract a diverse range of candidates from both within and outside the luxury market.
- Ensure all job advertisements reflect the brand's image and market position.
- Adhere to HR hiring process administration at all times.
- Continuously review and enhance talent acquisition and hiring processes to meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting for high-volume non-exempt positions.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speak, read, and write).
- Concise verbal communication skills with the ability to address various groups.
- Proficiency in using a variety of talent acquisition platforms, systems, and social media.
- Experience with talent KPIs and performance metrics, such as days open, time-to-fill, and quality of source.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ATS for candidate management, talent metrics, and reporting.
- High level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking.
- Proven ability to build a candidate pipeline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, particularly in high-volume recruitment for non-exempt positions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field preferred.
