Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Intern

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, European merchandising, and local teams for supplies, transfers, and store returns.
- Determine packaging needs and coordinate with the regional zone.
- Provide daily technical support for various LV systems.
- Coordinate with transport companies for deliveries and pickups in stores.
- Manage customs complexities, including CITES and pro forma invoices.
- Follow up on disputes and discrepancies with carriers and insurance companies, and update SAP for refunds, credit notes, and additional invoicing.
- Manage external local warehouses, including inventories.
- Support the smooth running of rolling and tax inventories in stores and at headquarters.
- Coordinate product and price updates in systems and stores via SAP.
- Perform daily and monthly checks of store stock indicators and system interfaces.
- Manage head office stock for HR, Press, and loans, including associated entries and exits.
- Support the adaptation and implementation of KPIs and procedures on Retail projects.
- Participate in internal control issues and the continuous improvement of the department.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, audit, or an administrative role.
- Experience in transportation and/or luxury is a plus.
- Knowledge of an ERP system is advantageous.

- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of German is an asset
- Aptitude for information systems and web applications
Entry-level experience in supply chain, audit, or administrative roles is required. Experience in transportation and/or luxury sectors is beneficial.
