- Supervise the production planning of a designated site, ensuring immersive engagement with processes and team dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with central planning managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of operations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including planners, schedulers, and supply chain and merchandising teams.
- Conduct site visits to enhance understanding of specific industrial processes in leather goods manufacturing.
- Optimize the alignment between raw material availability and production needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with quantitative data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
