- Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, simplifying and optimizing operations, and organizing relocations.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of actions to ensure their completion.
- Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
- Lead projects on-site in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve objectives in terms of gains and deadlines.
- Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement initiatives such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, and methodologies like 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, and VSM.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in hands-on experiences and teamwork.
- Proactive, organized, and dynamic with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like PowerBi.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
