1. Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, simplifying and optimizing operations, and organizing stock reductions.
2. Organize and monitor the execution of improvement actions to ensure completion.
3. Suggest necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
4. Lead projects on-site with warehouse staff and team leaders to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
5. Calculate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve objectives related to gains and deadlines.
6. Utilize and develop standard work methods within the continuous improvement framework, including benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, and VSM.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Interest in fieldwork and team collaboration.
4. Proactive, organized, and dynamic with a strong ability to propose solutions.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as PowerBi.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
