1. Support appointments with quality and assist retail teams in increasing ready-to-wear (RTW) share in store.
2. Collaborate with RTW Team Managers to enhance client spending value and repeat purchase rates.
3. Facilitate the upgrading of non-RTW clients in store.
4. Conduct daily sharing sessions on styling topics and work with RTW Team Managers on new season products and styling workshops.
5. Perform competitor style analysis and share findings in store through monthly market research.
6. Assist in styling-related training and provide follow-up feedback.
7. Evaluate new hires on RTW and styling skills.
8. Maintain and update fashion knowledge and styling skills, participating in annual appraisals of regional styling managers.
9. Provide RTW selling support during floor time and assist with weekly photo shoots for new arrivals.
10. Support in-store events, including model fittings and photo shoots, and collaborate with CRM and RTW teams.
11. Assist regional styling managers with Mix & Match guideline book shooting and live-streaming.
12. Ensure grooming standards by supervising staff to eliminate inappropriate etiquette and ensure no competitor products are worn in-store.

1. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as an advantage.
