1. Support the retail team in delivering an exceptional client experience through on-the-floor styling advice to complete the Louis Vuitton silhouette.
2. Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail Learning and Development to identify training needs and opportunities to enhance personal styling services.
3. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to the retail team on fashion trends and styling methodologies.
4. Analyze and understand the unique client base of each store to effectively partner with the retail team.
5. Collaborate with Retail and Client Relations & Experience teams to provide on-site styling support during exclusive events.
6. Provide frequent updates on fashion trends and news to maintain the retail team's market knowledge.
7. Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories among stores to create excitement and raise product awareness.
8. Act as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton products, maintaining deep knowledge of design inspirations.
9. Support both outside and in-store events.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in RTW sales, merchandising, or styling within luxury high-end brands.

1. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
2. Strong skills in mix and match styling.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Confidence in sharing convictions.
5. Agility, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
6. Strong business acumen.
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

A minimum of 5 years in RTW sales, merchandising, or styling within luxury high-end brands is preferred.
