1. Oversee the development of prototypes, including managing bill of materials and tracking raw material needs.
2. Ensure the smooth progression of the mock-up phase, supporting prototypists to meet design expectations and deadlines.
3. Collaborate closely with the design team to align creative ideas with technical constraints while maintaining quality standards and margin objectives.
4. Supervise the launch of components such as handles, straps, and charms from design brief to operational follow-up.
5. Manage administrative tasks including billing, mock-up development capacity, and collection budgets.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, at Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. Strong product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and time management.
4. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent.
