1. Assist in preparing the project launch package by gathering necessary information.
2. Support the management of BOH layout improvement or action plan.
3. Assist with temporary store and pop-up projects, including draft layout and inventory arrangement.
4. Coordinate the ordering, shipment, and importation of furniture from overseas suppliers.
5. Initiate purchase orders and manage payment processes for projects.
6. Assist in the customs clearance process.
7. Update and maintain existing store records and documents.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or design, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English.

1. High proficiency in MS Office.
2. Proficiency in Auto-Cad and design software is an advantage.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
