Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the project launch package by gathering necessary information.
- Support the management of BOH layout improvement or action plan.
- Assist with temporary store and pop-up projects, including draft layout and inventory arrangement.
- Coordinate the ordering, shipment, and importation of furniture from overseas suppliers.
- Initiate purchase orders and manage payment processes for projects.
- Assist in the customs clearance process.
- Update and maintain existing store records and documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or design, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Auto-Cad and design software is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
