Louis Vuitton Store Manager

1. Drive the store’s commercial performance by developing sales strategies, maximizing category potential and promoting new product introductions.
2. Build and sustain long-term client relationships and loyalty programmes, including planning and executing CRM events and initiatives aligned with brand image.
3. Lead daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, visual and service standards, security, health & safety, and external supplier management.
4. Manage the store budget, control controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention and implement asset protection measures.
5. Recruit, develop and coach store managers and sales teams; translate strategic objectives into individual targets and monitor performance.
6. Act as a selling role model on the sales floor, delivering consistent feedback, identifying business opportunities and representing the brand at public and in-store events.

1. Minimum 10 years of retail experience with extensive management responsibilities, ideally within the luxury sector.
2. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, P&L awareness and delivering business growth.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience in talent acquisition, succession planning and team coaching.
4. Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills with high standards of client service.
5. Fluent English and strong command of Dutch and/or French.

Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience, including substantial management responsibility in luxury or premium retail environments and proven success in driving multi-category store performance.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
