- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock replenishment to enhance store efficiency and client interaction.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Participate in inventory counts, managing stock movements and administration to minimize shrinkage.
- Oversee client deliveries and reservations as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage store's drawer allocations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently, communicating resolutions to the store.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for MY SR, Out-stockings, reversers, and store transfers.
- Manage the My Reverse platform, ensuring timely action on supply chain lists to maintain product availability and clean stock.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reduce shop-soiled items.
- Manage stock locations for accurate stock availability.
- Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines and company policies.
- Manage After Sales Services, handling client repair requests and managing the repair process.
- Ensure quality issues are promptly addressed and manage DEF exchanges as needed.
- Integrate into the store team, contributing to overall store objectives and supporting colleagues and clients on the sales floor.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing client service and traffic management.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or a related field.
