- Efficiently organize and maintain all storage rooms, ensuring logical arrangement of products and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Conduct daily stock counts and maintain an accurate counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to facilitate a seamless selling process.
- Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
- Integrate fully with the store team to achieve global store objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in adapting to client needs and public inflow.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in stock management or supply chain, preferably in a retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work full-time for the entire summer season.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
