- Manage the reception of products and restocking of inventory and sales floor.
- Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain.
- Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House.
- Manage product transfers.
- Monitor logistical KPIs and contribute to achieving store results.
- Conduct inventory management.
- Implement new logistics processes and Back of House organization projects.
- Support sales and provide customer assistance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Curiosity, empathy, and agility with a commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ease with IT systems.
- Fluency in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work on weekends.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
