- Assist in the planning and execution of prestigious events within the Exhibitions and Special Projects division, including jewelry, watch, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
- Support project managers in logistical coordination from conception to final execution, including preparation and management of coordination tools such as internal and external presentations, schedules, and inventory tables.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as order processing, delivery reception, shipment management, uniform handling, and stock management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with external vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless operations before, during, and after events.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate quickly into a collaborative environment.
- Adaptability and proactivity in handling varied situations and anticipating needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management or scheduling tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for international communication.
A foundational understanding of event management or communication is beneficial. Previous exposure to the luxury fashion industry or a demonstrated interest in cultural, artistic, and creative fields is advantageous.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Communication, or a related field.
