1. Assist in the planning and execution of prestigious events within the Exhibitions and Special Projects division, including jewelry, watch, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
2. Support project managers in logistical coordination from conception to final execution, including preparation and management of coordination tools such as internal and external presentations, schedules, and inventory tables.
3. Handle various administrative tasks such as order processing, delivery reception, shipment management, uniform handling, and stock management.
4. Facilitate communication and coordination with external vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless operations before, during, and after events.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Basic knowledge of project management or scheduling tools is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for international communication.

A foundational understanding of event management or communication is beneficial. Previous exposure to the luxury fashion industry or a demonstrated interest in cultural, artistic, and creative fields is advantageous.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Communication, or a related field.
