- Lead on‑site projects to improve productivity, product quality, workplace safety and ergonomics across production lines.
- Conduct audits and translate findings into actionable improvement plans, ensuring robust deployment and follow‑through of corrective actions.
- Analyze and optimize workstations, product flows and manufacturing processes using time decomposition and lean methodologies.
- Identify outlying sectors or lines and perform quantitative analyses using standard continuous improvement tools (gemba observation, VA/NVA analysis, improvement workshops, problem solving).
- Develop and standardize methods and tools (agile lines, 5S, Kaizen) and promote best practices within a team that values individual initiatives and continuous learning.
- Engineering degree or equivalent specialization in industrial production, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years (typically 5–10) of progressive experience in methods, process engineering or continuous improvement within a production environment; experience in luxury goods or leather goods manufacturing is an asset.
- Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and associated tools (5S, Kaizen, VA/NVA, time studies).
- Proven ability to work hands‑on on the shop floor with pragmatism, strong listening skills and the capacity to mobilize and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Energetic, resourceful and results‑oriented with demonstrated leadership in driving measurable operational improvements.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar methods or continuous improvement role within an industrial production environment; 5–10 years preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering productivity, quality and ergonomics improvements on the shop floor.
Engineering degree in industrial production, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent specialization in continuous improvement.
