- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, supporting team sales efforts.
- Welcome clients, enhance their experience, and advise across all product categories.

- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and opening/closing duties.
- Support team development through mentoring and integration of new team members.
- Understand company policies and provide support to other client advisors.
- Develop new starters and collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer for re-training.
- Serve as a store reference for the Country Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Partner closely during key events such as new launches and special events.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Exceptional client advisory and sales skills.
- Advanced clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of three years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
