- Perform advanced and complex repairs across multiple product categories, ensuring strict adherence to Louis Vuitton’s quality and aesthetic standards.
- Lead, mentor and coach junior artisans to develop technical skills, quality awareness and workshop professionalism.
- Troubleshoot challenging repair cases, devise pragmatic solutions and uphold efficiency without compromising finish or durability.
- Participate in testing, validation and continuous improvement projects to refine repair techniques and workshop processes.
- Share technical know-how and best practices across local and Zone Care Services teams; contribute to technical exchanges and workshops.
- Contribute to workshop organisation, maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager to support training programmes, workflow planning and atelier excellence.
- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in leather goods repair or production, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Advanced technical mastery across multiple product categories, with demonstrable high-quality repair outcomes.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring and developing workshop teams.
- Strong attention to detail, artisanry and a client-centric approach to restoration.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.
- Basic IT literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in leather goods repair or production, ideally gained within a luxury house or high-end restoration atelier. Demonstrated capacity to execute complex repairs and to lead technical training within a workshop environment.
Vocational qualification or apprenticeship in leathercraft, saddlery, shoemaking or related craft discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable professional experience will be considered.
