1. Oversee the scanning, inputting, and coding of all purchase invoices using SAP.
2. Review and validate staff expenses in accordance with the travel and expense policy.
3. Reconcile intercompany monthly statements.
4. Manage payments to all local and international suppliers, including staff and travel expenses and CAPEX invoices.
5. Post all direct debit payments.
6. Compile treasury reports from bank statements for group reporting.
7. Prepare the monthly Intrastat report for Ireland.
8. Review creditors' aging and payment terms to maintain a 30-day average, ensuring monthly supplier reconciliations.
9. Support internal and external audit requests.
10. Administer filing of invoices and expenses.
11. Create suppliers and employees in SAP vendor master data, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
12. Enhance accounts payable process efficiency and accuracy.
13. Respond to supplier inquiries and coordinate with store managers and other departments.
14. Undertake specific missions and projects as defined by management.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a senior accounts payable role
2. Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP
3. Strong proficiency in Excel
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
7. Team player with strong interpersonal skills
