1. Ensure ongoing accuracy, reliability, and integrity of accounts receivable financial accounting.
2. Plan, organize, and control accounts receivable for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing under Group guidelines.
3. Conduct revenue recognition, collection, and reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting.
4. Report monthly sales, accounts receivable aging, cash forecasts, and provide analysis for management.
5. Manage customer refund communications and invoicing, including collection and related accounting.
6. Handle annual closing tasks for accounts receivable, including financial closing and tax filing reporting.
7. Maintain and manage payment methods, including credit card terminals and merchant accounts.
8. Interact with stores for revenue recognition, accounts receivable booking, collection, reconciliation, and customer refunds.
9. Investigate and resolve inquiries and issues regarding accounts receivable.
10. Support financial projects, including new payment service provider implementation and improvements in store operations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Bookkeeping certificate grade 2 or equivalent qualification.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and Japanese tax regulations related to accounts receivable.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
2. Strong PC skills, including Word and Microsoft Teams.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly.
4. Experience with SAP is a plus.

A minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within the retail sector, handling high-volume transactions and credit management.

Bookkeeping certificate grade 2 or equivalent qualification.
