Louis Vuitton Sales Planner - Ready-to-Wear and Shoes

- Periodically review the sales forecast for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes in collaboration with local merchandising and central sales planning teams.
- Lead and organize the monthly Best Estimate process in coordination with other departments.
- Optimize sell-through of seasonal products by monitoring buying quantities and implementing necessary actions with merchandising and retail teams.
- Fine-tune sales forecasting tool parameters and collaborate with the central team to propose process improvements.
- Support the merchandising team during buying sessions for Shoes and Ready-to-Wear, including business trips to Paris twice a year.
- Monitor global landings to secure supply and growth targets by category.
- Analyze quantities bought at SKU level, following strategies and benchmarks set by merchandising.
- Prepare and present BE and PIC reports monthly and conduct ad hoc analyses to support business development.
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably from an engineering school.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management within the retail sector, ideally in luxury goods.
- Business fluency in English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in data analytics and advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Dataset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and rational thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and promote continuous improvement.
Minimum 3 years in supply chain management within the retail business, preferably in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably from an engineering school.
