- Ensure consistent quality standards across all retail locations to maintain brand reputation and customer trust.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between retail stores and industrial workshops for all product categories.
- Directly manage a central team of Retail Quality Managers.
- Oversee the transversal management of Retail Quality Managers across geographic regions.
- Develop a customer-centric culture to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
- Organize the team effectively based on business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic and business objectives into actionable plans and individual goals.
- Motivate and manage the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovative solutions.
- Engage closely with the retail community to reassure regions about product quality using data and store feedback.
- Communicate daily with regions to ensure comprehensive visibility on quality issues through reporting, emails, and JIRA.
- Lead market visits 3 to 4 times annually.
- Collaborate closely with retail, industrial, repair workshop, and warehouse teams.
- Animate zone performance based on PBI data and field feedback.
- Monitor product quality by analyzing potential alerts and weak signals.
- Track quality reputation on social media through social listening and direct customer feedback.
- Lead and animate national training sessions with central support, creating training materials.
- Ensure training materials are updated in partnership with central training teams.
- Define, build, and lead the new Care Service strategy in line with in-store quality management.
- Provide guidelines for quality standards.
- Monitor quality feedback related to defective products and repairs, identify trends, and define action plans.
- Challenge industrial teams on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Enhance reporting tools in collaboration with the industrial PBI team to ensure alignment of quality information between industrial and retail quality communities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Availability for travel.

Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, with hierarchical reporting to Client Care Services and close collaboration with industrial teams across business units, stores, and zone offices, as well as with headquarters' marketing, commercial, and visual merchandising teams.
