1. Proactively review, monitor, and conduct weekly and monthly operational and turnover KPI reporting.
2. Perform in-depth data analyses across various retail KPIs, focusing on client experience to support store teams in enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Develop new reporting approaches for in-store coaching programs in collaboration with the Learning team, ensuring continuous and qualitative follow-ups for store teams.
4. Actively promote internal tools and processes for stores through the weekly internal Retail Magazine, ensuring engaging content.
5. Support the organization of workshops and training sessions aimed at optimizing store operations and processes.
6. Assist the Retail Performance team with ad hoc projects to enhance the client experience and support daily business operations.

1. Fluency in English and German; French is an asset.
2. Availability for a 12-month internship or working student position, starting as soon as possible.

1. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills for conducting independent analyses and creating reports.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
