- Independently create and proactively develop weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics.
- Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with retail stores, including material orders and scheduling with service providers.
- Monitor and maintain the cost sheet related to store supply orders, collaborating with the accounting department for invoice processing and purchase order management.
- Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
- Coordinate smaller projects related to Art of Hosting and sustainability in uniform recycling.
- Assist in maintenance tasks, including tracking requests, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers and store contacts.
- Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
- Create presentations and a weekly newsletter independently.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
- Support Munich store teams in daily operations at least once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of internal events and seminars.
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional skills in Excel for independent analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
