1. Independently create and proactively develop weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics.
2. Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with retail stores, including ordering materials and coordinating appointments with service providers.
3. Monitor and maintain cost sheets related to store supply orders, and collaborate with the accounting department on invoice processing and purchase orders.
4. Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
5. Coordinate smaller projects related to the Art of Hosting and sustainability in uniform recycling.
6. Support maintenance tasks, including tracking requests, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers and store contacts.
7. Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
8. Create presentations and weekly newsletters independently.
9. Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance documents.
10. Support Munich store teams in daily operations at least once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
11. Assist in the preparation and organization of internal events and trainings.

1. Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional skills in Excel for independent analysis and reporting.
2. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
3. Professional and empathetic communication style.
4. Goal-oriented with analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
5. Creativity and a team-oriented work style.
6. Excellent organizational skills with a self-reliant and reliable work approach.
