1. Assist with the preparation and coordination of retail performance reports and dashboards.
2. Maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications.
3. Support team meetings, training sessions, and events by preparing materials and logistics.
4. Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools and templates to support store operations.
5. Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing streamlined solutions.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving retail performance metrics.
7. Act as a key point of contact for store teams, providing timely responses and solutions to their operational needs.
8. Coordinate and follow up on action plans, ensuring alignment between HQ and retail stores.
9. Monitor store compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
10. Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the customer journey and in-store service.
11. Support the rollout of client experience initiatives and tools.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Passionate about luxury retail, client service, and innovation.
5. A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Beginner level experience in a related field, ideally within luxury retail or client service environments.
