1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Minimum two years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential (client‑facing or retail experience preferred).
3. Permanent working rights in Australia (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided).
4. Fluent in English and available to commence full‑time on‑site in Sydney or Melbourne by January 2027.
5. Demonstrable passion for luxury client experiences, resilience, curiosity and a people‑first leadership mindset.
