- Set training priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers tailored to market and store needs.
- Foster a culture of in-store coaching and development.
- Conduct store visits to observe client interactions, supporting Field Coach Trainers and Store Managers in coaching team members.
- Assist Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans based on team gap analysis.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR regarding team performance.
- Develop action plans for improving customer satisfaction based on Mystery Shopping and VOICE results.
- Lead key training initiatives through in-store coaching, promoting a culture of shop-floor focus.
- Ensure Store Management is informed about training activities and make recommendations as needed.
- Monitor the quality and impact of in-store training, ensuring retention of training content.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate Louis Vuitton retail training programs.
- Facilitate product training and develop cross-selling skills in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Partner with Central and Zone Training teams to implement and assess corporate programs.
- Support Field Coach Trainers in participating in special projects, such as store openings and peak season support.
- Encourage Field Coach Trainers to gather customer insights to identify training opportunities.
- Substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or in a managerial role within a brand-driven retail company.
- Proven experience in training delivery and coaching.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach and manage by influence.
- Capability to deliver feedback at all organizational levels.
- Trust and integrity with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Open-mindedness and acceptance of cultural diversity.
- Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury.
- Willingness to travel frequently across a 6-country network.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with significant experience in training delivery and coaching.
