1. Set training priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers tailored to market and store needs.
2. Foster a culture of in-store coaching through regular store visits and collaboration with Field Coach Trainers.
3. Support Store Managers in developing individual coaching plans and enhancing team selling skills.
4. Monitor and assess the quality and impact of in-store training, maintaining an active shop floor presence.
5. Coordinate, develop, and deliver retail training programs in collaboration with HR and Merchandising teams.
6. Facilitate product training and enhance cross-selling skills through silhouette building.
7. Nurture Field Coach Trainers by providing coaching, guidelines, and support for special projects.

1. Substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or Manager in a brand-driven, fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proven experience in training delivery and coaching.
3. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to manage by influence.
4. Trustworthy with well-developed interpersonal skills.
5. Open-minded with an appreciation for cultural diversity.
6. Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
7. Interest in fashion and luxury.
8. Willingness to travel frequently across a 6-country network.
