- Set training priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers tailored to market and store needs.
- Foster a culture of in-store coaching through regular store visits and collaboration with Field Coach Trainers.
- Support Store Managers in developing individual coaching plans and enhancing team selling skills.
- Monitor and assess the quality and impact of in-store training, maintaining an active shop floor presence.
- Coordinate, develop, and deliver retail training programs in collaboration with HR and Merchandising teams.
- Facilitate product training and enhance cross-selling skills through silhouette building.
- Nurture Field Coach Trainers by providing coaching, guidelines, and support for special projects.
- Substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or Manager in a brand-driven, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven experience in training delivery and coaching.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to manage by influence.
- Trustworthy with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded with an appreciation for cultural diversity.
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in fashion and luxury.
- Willingness to travel frequently across a 6-country network.
