- Translate and execute corporate training strategies within designated stores, partnering with regional management teams.
- Define and implement a roll-out plan to support business growth through selling skills, product training, and career development.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching for all roles, from Client Advisors to Managers, tailored to individual needs.
- Support Retail Management in building individual coaching plans for their teams.
- Provide ongoing feedback to stakeholders on progress and priorities for allocated stores.
- Identify skills gaps and adapt training to address these priorities.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and facilitate core trainings, including inductions and workshops.
- Maintain an active shop floor presence to observe and implement team development.
- Identify and develop potential training talent within the store.
- Define the learning calendar in partnership with Store Management to address business needs.
- Coordinate training programs and communicate actively with relevant teams.
- Leverage role play and on-the-floor coaching to enhance Client Experience.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on training initiatives and embed learning.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training.
- Ensure consistent pre-onboarding and onboarding for new starters in collaboration with Managers.
- Lead by example and act as a trusted confidant to the store.
- Facilitate the Louis Vuitton Induction Programme regularly.
- Collaborate closely with EMEA and Central Learning teams to align on learning vision and delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Willingness to travel.
- Multicultural profile.
- Experience in coaching teams, designing training modules, and facilitating trainings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders worldwide.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to identify and address skills gaps.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail, with a focus on coaching and training.
