1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the retail ecosystem.
2. Engage in six months of education and training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
3. Contribute to operational and visual excellence during a three-month rotation.
4. Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
5. Explore people development strategies over a six-month period.
6. Assume the role of Acting Team Manager in the final rotation, demonstrating leadership capabilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential and strong communication skills.
3. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
4. Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $32.00 - $40.00 per hour.
