- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the retail ecosystem.
- Engage in six months of education and training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Contribute to operational and visual excellence during a three-month rotation.
- Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
- Explore people development strategies over a six-month period.
- Assume the role of Acting Team Manager in the final rotation, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential and strong communication skills.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $32.00 - $40.00 per hour.
