1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail environment.
2. Engage in six months of training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
3. Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Develop skills in people management over six months.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.

1. Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to start full-time on-site by June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $31 to $38 per hour.
