1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail environment.
2. Engage in six months of training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
3. Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
5. Develop skills in people management over a six-month period.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in the location of application.
3. Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.
