1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, including in-store and corporate assignments.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences through a 6-month training period.
3. Engage in operational and visual excellence initiatives for 3 months.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to develop leadership skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential.
3. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
4. Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
