- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, including in-store and corporate assignments.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through a 6-month training period.
- Engage in operational and visual excellence initiatives for 3 months.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to develop leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience with demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
