1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail ecosystem.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences during the initial 6-month rotation.
3. Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Explore people development strategies for 6 months.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to start full-time on-site by June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $32.00 - $40.00 per hour.
