1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program encompassing various aspects of retail operations.
2. Engage in a 6-month training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
3. Contribute to operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
4. Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to start full-time in June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
