1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program focused on retail leadership development.
2. Engage in six months of training to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Explore people development strategies for six months.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in Honolulu, Hawaii.
3. Availability to start full-time by June 2026.
