1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, including assignments in store and with the Regional Corporate team.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences through 6 months of dedicated training.
3. Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
4. Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
5. Develop skills in people management over a 6-month period.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
2. Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to start full-time on-site work in June 2026.

Competitive base salary ranging from USD $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
