Louis Vuitton Regional Visual Merchandiser

- Manage and optimize zoning plans and monthly product rotations within assigned stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide on-the-job training and guidance to in-store visual merchandising staff, ensuring consistent brand standards and visual excellence.
- Maintain proactive daily communication with Store Managers to align visual merchandising strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee and contribute to visual merchandising aspects of new store openings and renovations, collaborating closely with the Regional Team, Store Managers, and in-store visual merchandising teams.
- Provide category-specific visual direction tailored for the Japan market, aligning with overall merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand impact.
- Manage the visual execution of new product launches within assigned categories, in close partnership with category merchandisers.
- Lead or support the installation of impactful window displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
- Support special events, pop-up installations, and visual presentations, including press events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for experience within the luxury retail industry.
- Demonstrated artistic and creative abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Japanese; fluency in Business English is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
