1. Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive learning and development program for retail stores.
2. Align learning initiatives with business objectives and address evolving needs of retail teams.
3. Cultivate leadership skills of Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
4. Ensure stores deliver service excellence and an elevated client experience.
5. Demonstrate floor management strategies and on-floor leadership.
6. Organize strategic onboarding and drive excellent service performance through effective training.
7. Provide direct coaching and feedback to enhance performance and address opportunities promptly.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.

Salary range of USD $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
