1. Measure customer feedback using the database and conduct specific analyses with PowerBI to identify issues and initiate improvements.
2. Enhance quality process support documents using Excel.
3. Conduct weekly quality alerts for clients.
4. Manage and develop the quality SharePoint for manufacturing sites and competence centers.
5. Participate in the development of 'Industry 4.0' IT solutions to digitize quality documents and processes.
6. Engage in specific projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality, including problem-solving initiatives and quality training sessions.
7. Collaborate with workshops to create the monthly quality newsletter.
8. Conduct quality audits, analyze field issues, and provide tailored solutions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. High adaptability and time management skills.
4. Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, and initiative-driven.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
