2. Lead customer quality initiatives, sharing the customer quality vision with workshop teams, managing customer alerts, and driving problem-solving or product and process improvement actions.
3. Ensure mastery of manufacturing processes within the workshops, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton standards in collaboration with central teams of technical and quality experts.
4. Structure and consolidate the quality system of the workshops, proposing optimizations and innovations in existing quality tools and processes.

1. Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in quality.
2. Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in an industrial environment.
