1. Participate in the launch of prototypes and audit adherence to standards within the Prototyping Department.
2. Serve as a backup for the logistics coordinator, ensuring material tracking and finished product shipment.
3. Monitor the implementation of routines, including the collection plan, in collaboration with prototyping managers.
4. Coordinate the dispatch of prototypes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, feasibility, and market timing standards.
5. Collaborate closely with Industrialization Project Managers to identify risks early and ensure the presence of deliverables for industrialization.
6. Quantify deviations from targets and propose solutions as part of continuous improvement efforts.
7. Suggest improvement areas and lead change initiatives.
8. Formalize and update various processes.
