1. Build and lead a motivated team to deliver high-quality repairs, adhering to departmental goals.
2. Ensure effective training and workforce development to address client needs, monitoring staff performance and organizing necessary interventions.
3. Develop the supervisory team for individual growth and professional development.
4. Maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality through communication and accountability, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
5. Contribute to the department’s succession plan by identifying and developing top performers.
6. Develop, initiate, and enforce system policies and procedures.
7. Manage departmental performance through visual monitoring and KPIs, providing regular progress reports to the Client Care Services Director.
8. Determine necessary resources to support department goals.
9. Review work instructions and recommend changes to improve processes.
10. Provide weekly and monthly KPIs to the team and management, proposing actions to meet goals.
11. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
12. Develop effective relationships within the matrix organization, benchmarking globally to determine best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Open-minded and receptive to change while supporting company goals and initiatives.
4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
5. Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
6. Fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
7. High level of proficiency in Excel and other Windows software.

Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a similar industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $100,000 -- $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
