1. Assist team leaders in daily tasks.

1. Specialized education in industrial production, industrial systems, continuous improvement, and/or quality (Bachelor's degree level 4/5).

3. Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving tools.
4. Familiarity with office software and programs such as Excel, PowerBi, SAP.
