Louis Vuitton Product Developer - Women's Ready-to-Wear

- Lead the development of women's ready-to-wear collections from initial sketches to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the design office, material developers, studio, production team, and external suppliers.
- Oversee new research projects with external suppliers to ensure alignment with style, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Enhance the efficiency of collection and industrialization processes through innovation and coordination.
- Provide technical guidance during the creation phase, addressing industrial constraints and proposing solutions.
- Challenge and propose innovative solutions to secure feasibility and quality.
- Optimize product design for quality, cost, and industrial efficiency.
- Maintain and update the information system with collection and production requirements.
- Create comprehensive technical files, including assembly sections using Illustrator.
- Manage external assembly processes and capacity.
- Actively participate in fittings with the design team and Atelier.
- Handle post-fitting alterations and prepare feedback for internal or external teams.
- Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with LV PAP specifications.
- Provide detailed and illustrated follow-up on each development in compliance with LV PAP industrial standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finished product development.
- Strong knowledge of the ready-to-wear market and existing suppliers.
- Proficiency in team collaboration and project management.
- Interest in research and industrialization.
- Ability to build trustful relationships internally and externally while achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with style, industrial, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, rigorous, and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in product development within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
