1. Lead the development of women's ready-to-wear collections from initial sketches to final delivery.
2. Collaborate closely with the design office, material developers, studio, production team, and external suppliers.
3. Oversee new research projects with external suppliers to ensure alignment with style, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
4. Enhance the efficiency of collection and industrialization processes through innovation and coordination.
5. Provide technical guidance during the creation phase, addressing industrial constraints and proposing solutions.
6. Challenge and propose innovative solutions to secure feasibility and quality.
7. Optimize product design for quality, cost, and industrial efficiency.
8. Maintain and update the information system with collection and production requirements.
9. Create comprehensive technical files, including assembly sections using Illustrator.
10. Manage external assembly processes and capacity.
11. Actively participate in fittings with the design team and Atelier.
12. Handle post-fitting alterations and prepare feedback for internal or external teams.
13. Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with LV PAP specifications.
14. Provide detailed and illustrated follow-up on each development in compliance with LV PAP industrial standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finished product development.

1. Strong knowledge of the ready-to-wear market and existing suppliers.
2. Proficiency in team collaboration and project management.
3. Interest in research and industrialization.
4. Ability to build trustful relationships internally and externally while achieving objectives.
5. Excellent communication and listening skills with style, industrial, internal, and external stakeholders.
6. Proactive, rigorous, and innovative mindset.
7. Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
8. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in product development within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
