Louis Vuitton Product Developer - Women's Ready-to-Wear

1. Collaborate with the design office, material developers, studio, production team, and external suppliers.
2. Oversee the development of collections and industrial development of Women's Ready-to-Wear products from sketch to delivery.
3. Lead new research projects with external suppliers to ensure style, quality, cost, and deadline objectives are met.
4. Enhance the efficiency of collection and industrialization processes.
5. Support innovation and process development.
6. Coordinate internal needs and definitions.
7. Understand design needs and provide technical support by highlighting industrial constraints and proposing solutions.
8. Challenge needs, propose existing or innovative solutions, and ensure feasibility and quality.
9. Optimize products from conception in terms of quality, cost, and industrial efficiency.
10. Update the information system with collection and production needs.
11. Create comprehensive technical files with assembly sections using Illustrator.
12. Manage external assemblies and capacity.
13. Participate actively in fittings with the design team and Atelier.
14. Handle alterations post-fitting and prepare comments.
15. Communicate quality elements to ensure compliance with LV PAP standards.
16. Provide detailed and illustrated follow-up of each development respecting LV PAP industrial standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in finished product development.
2. Strong knowledge of the market and existing suppliers in the Ready-to-Wear sector.

1. Teamwork and project management skills.
2. Interest in research and industrialization.
3. Ability to build trustful relationships internally and externally.
4. Strong communication and listening skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
6. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
