Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design office, material developers, studio, production team, and external suppliers.
- Oversee the development of collections and industrial development of Women's Ready-to-Wear products from sketch to delivery.
- Lead new research projects with external suppliers to ensure style, quality, cost, and deadline objectives are met.
- Enhance the efficiency of collection and industrialization processes.
- Support innovation and process development.
- Coordinate internal needs and definitions.
- Understand design needs and provide technical support by highlighting industrial constraints and proposing solutions.
- Challenge needs, propose existing or innovative solutions, and ensure feasibility and quality.
- Optimize products from conception in terms of quality, cost, and industrial efficiency.
- Update the information system with collection and production needs.
- Create comprehensive technical files with assembly sections using Illustrator.
- Manage external assemblies and capacity.
- Participate actively in fittings with the design team and Atelier.
- Handle alterations post-fitting and prepare comments.
- Communicate quality elements to ensure compliance with LV PAP standards.
- Provide detailed and illustrated follow-up of each development respecting LV PAP industrial standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finished product development.
- Strong knowledge of the market and existing suppliers in the Ready-to-Wear sector.
Skills
- Teamwork and project management skills.
- Interest in research and industrialization.
- Ability to build trustful relationships internally and externally.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development.
