1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events, including product launches, press previews, and corporate exhibitions.
2. Manage event logistics such as venue selection, setup, catering, and guest lists.
3. Coordinate press previews for events including store openings and exhibitions.
4. Support the organization of vernissages for Espace Louis Vuitton and other seasonal events.
5. Select and manage event vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards and cost-effectiveness.
6. Prepare event proposals, reports, and budget trackers.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with global PR strategy.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
9. Provide on-site support during events, managing guest registration and addressing issues.

1. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or culture industries, with a focus on the Japanese market.
3. Strong network with vendors.
4. Familiarity with Japanese business culture and etiquette.
