- Manage inventory lifecycle: receiving, tagging, stockroom organisation, transfers and regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and loss prevention.
- Support client services and after‑sales: process repairs, returns and alterations; coordinate follow‑up and communication with clients and external workshops where applicable.
- Operate and maintain store systems and back‑office processes to ensure accurate records, timely replenishment and seamless liaison with sales teams.
- Execute financial policies and procedures including cash handling, transaction reconciliation and adherence to company controls.
- Ensure store facility standards and operational readiness, escalating maintenance or systems issues and supporting store leadership to optimise back‑of‑house efficiency.
- Minimum three years of experience in retail operations, inventory management or after‑sales; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability managing stock controls, performing cycle counts and maintaining stockroom organisation.
- Demonstrated client‑service orientation with experience handling repairs, returns or alterations.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and a proactive problem solver with strong prioritisation skills.
- Available to work on‑site with a flexible schedule consistent with part‑time retail hours.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in retail operations, inventory control or after‑sales within a store environment; experience in luxury retail is preferred.
