1. Deliver exceptional, personalised service and act as an ambassador of the brand for every client interaction.
2. Achieve individual and team sales objectives through consultative advising and a strong commercial mindset.
3. Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using the brand's in‑house clienteling tools and systems.
4. Master product and brand knowledge across all categories to provide informed recommendations and tailored experiences.
5. Record client activity, follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM/clienteling records to drive repeat business.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to support store standards, merchandising and operational requirements.
7. Participate in training and brand initiatives to continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

1. Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise a discerning international clientele.
4. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends typical of luxury retail.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and learning proprietary clienteling systems.
